Vipers Team Photos 2026 Information and registration

Terms and conditions

• By purchasing a Vipers Netball Club team photo, members acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
  
  Eligibility to Purchase
  Team photos are available for current registered Vipers Netball Club members and families.
  
  Registration Fee Status
  Players must have their registration fees paid in full or be on an approved payment plan authorised by the Vipers Netball Club Management Committee to participate in team photos and receive purchased photo products.
  
  Photo Night Attendance
  Players must attend their allocated team photo session on the scheduled photo night. If a player does not attend their allocated session, Vipers Netball Club cannot guarantee inclusion in the final team photo.
  
  Uniform Requirements
  Players must wear their compulsory Vipers Netball Club uniform for team photos. This includes:
  
  Girls: Vipers dress and Vipers socks
  Boys: Vipers singlet, Vipers shorts and Vipers socks
  
  Players should arrive dressed and ready for their scheduled photo time.
  
  Purchase Price
  Team photos are available at:
  $25.00 for one 8x10 inch team photo
  $20.00 for each additional 8x10 inch team photo purchased by the same family/member
  
  Payment
  Full payment must be made through the Vipers Netball Club online shop at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed unless payment has been received.
  
  Order Deadline
  Orders must be placed by the closing date listed on the online shop event. Late orders may not be accepted.
  
  Printing and Delivery Timeframe
  Vipers Netball Club expects team photo prints to be returned to the club by approximately mid-July, subject to photographer editing, printing and delivery timeframes.
  
  Distribution
  Photos will be distributed through Vipers Netball Club once received. Distribution details will be communicated to members closer to the time.
  
  Refunds
  Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after orders have closed. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered by the Vipers Netball Club Management Committee on a case-by-case basis.
  
  Image Use and Consent
  Team photos may include players whose parents/guardians have provided appropriate media consent. Vipers Netball Club will manage photo participation in accordance with recorded media consent information where applicable.
  
  Photographer and Club Responsibility
  Vipers Netball Club and the photographer will take reasonable steps to produce high-quality team photos. However, the club cannot guarantee individual expressions, posture, positioning or appearance in the final image.
  
  Club Discretion
  Vipers Netball Club reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to scheduling, ordering, distribution or photo arrangements where required.
